Position: Sync Licensing Intern
As a Sync Licensing Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our sync licensing efforts. You will work closely with our sync licensing team to research potential licensing opportunities, assist in negotiating deals, and help ensure that our artists' music is effectively placed in various media projects such as films, TV shows, commercials, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Researching potential sync licensing opportunities and maintaining a database of contacts.
- Assisting in the negotiation of sync licensing deals.
- Collaborating with the sync licensing team to prepare and organize music submissions.
- Tracking and reporting on the status of licensed placements.
- Supporting administrative tasks related to sync licensing activities.
-Sending emails and making contact with music directors and music supervisors in many high profile companies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong passion for music and a deep interest in sync licensing.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and software for research and communication.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
- Basic knowledge of copyright and licensing principles (preferred, but not required).
